Manage User Accounts


User Account  option is used to Create/Modify user account.

Add New User Accounts

Follow the below-mentioned steps to create a new user account -  

Steps -

  1. Click on Admin Module.
  2. Select the  User Account option.
            
  1. Select the  New User  option to create a new user. 
  2. W rite Name.
  3. Write  Designation.
  4. Write Login Name ( Login Id )
  5. Write Password
  6. Confirm your password.
  7. To add Profile Photo click on the Browse Photo button and select photo which you want to set as your profile photo.
  8. S elect the modules  to which you want to give access to the new user.
  9. Or select Active All to give the user access to all modules.
  10. C lick on the  Save button to create the user account.
          

Note -  Once you have created the new user account, you can logout and again login using the newly created user account



Follow the below-mentioned steps to Change Module Access Authority of  existing user account -  

  1. Select the Modify   User  option to modify user. 
  2. Select the User Account whose authority is to be modified
  3. S elect the  modules  to give access to the user.
  4. Click on the Update  button to save the updated access rights.
             


Change Password of User Account

Follow the below-mentioned steps to  Change the Password of the  existing user account  -  
  1. Click on  Admin  Module.
  2. Select the  User Account  option.
            
  1. Select the  Modify User  option to create a new user.   
  2. C lick on  Change Pass  button.                 
  1. Select the  Login Name from the dropdown  whose password is to be changed. 
  2. W rite your  old Password  
  3. W rite your  New Password  
  4. C onfirm your Password  
  5. C lick on  Save  button to update the user account 
             

Note:  After clicking on  Save  button, you can logout and again login with your new password to verify the updated password
