Account  module is used to easily manage the accounts of school.  This Module is used to manage School Income and Expense.

Below are the options available in the account module-

  • Payment:- This option is used for payment based on "From and To" account books.
  • Receipt:- This option is used for receiving amount.
  • Transaction Modify:- This option is used to view, edit, and print previous transactions.
  • A/C Book Modify:- This option is used to manage account books i.e., Edit, Delete or print list of account books .
  • Trial Balance:- This option is used for generating/printing the opening and closing balance of all account  
  • Income and Expense:- This option is used to track the income and  expense of the school.
  • Report:- This option is used to generate Day Book and A/C Book reports.
