New Student Admission


New Entry  option is used to admit new students in the school.

Note -  Before starting Student New Entry please activate your current session, Shift, Class, Stream & Section from Activation option of Admin Module.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to add New Student -

  1. Click on Student Module.
  2. Click on New Entry option.
            
  • Fill the details of student.

Note - Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.

  • To upload a student's photo click on the  Browse Photo button to upload the photo.

Note - 

  • The size of photo must be not more than 50 KB.
  • Photo must be of type Jpg, Jpeg.
  • Fill Student Sr.No. (Manual) .
  • If you have taken TC and Birth Certificate from a student at the time of admission then, select ☑  TC and ☑  Birth Cert. checkbox.
  • Select Shift, Class,  and Stream (Only for higher classes) .
  • If you want to allot section to student at the time of admission then select ☑ Set Section checkbox.

Note:- Before selecting the Set Section checkbox make sure that the sections for that class has been activated from Activation option of Admin module.

  • If you want to set the fee of a student at the time of admission then, select ☑ Set Fee checkbox.

Note:- Before before selecting the Set Fee checkbox make sure that the class fee structure has been from Class Fee option of Admin module.

  • If you want to save account detail of the student then, select ☑ A/C Detail checkbox.
  • If you want to save the details of students in Hindi then, select ☑ In Hindi checkbox.
  • After filling all the details properly click on the  Save button.
         
  • If you have selected ☑ In Hindi checkbox following window will open.
  • Fill the details in their respective fields and click on the  Save  button.
  • If you have selected ☑ A/C Detail checkbox following window will open.
  • Fill the Account details in their respective fields and click on  Save  button.
  • If you have Selected ☑ Set Section checkbox following window will open.
  • Select the section of student and click on  Save  button.

       

  1. If you have selected ☑ Set Fee checkbox following window will open.
  2. Set the fees of student then click on  Save  button.


  1. After doing all the settings following message will be displayed.
            
  • Click on OK button your student record will be saved.
